SUMMARY:
A multi-national manufacturing company based in Johannesburg South, is in the market for a heavy weight finance professional to fill the role of Financial Manager. A qualified chartered accountant with 10 years post article experience in a Group role will be ideal.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

CA(SA)
10 Years Post Article experinece in a Group Financial Manager position
Manufacturing or hard industry experience

Key Areas:

Knowledge of the Timber industry and related products would be advantageous
Sound business acumen
Advanced levels of computer literacy in complete MS Office suite
Influencing and persuasive skills
Person must be fully literate in the English language and be able to represent both himself and the business at all levels
Ability to prepare accurate reports and presentations and the self-confidence to communicate this work to various levels of the business
Mentoring ability
Person of integrity, passion for work, excellence, and success
Results driven team player
Competent to assess situations and have the ability to make decisions
Willingness to travel
Ability to work under constant pressure
Self-starter and ability to work independently and as part of a team
Analytical problem-solving ability
Attention to detail
