JOB DESCRIPTION:

Commercial finance advisory (Asset finance, invoice finance and loan products) and Recruitment Group (Doctors into NHS and private and commercial recruiters in the commercial space) in the UK, seeks a Group General/Country Manager, to manage their back and middle office in RSA, consisting of finance, marketing, managerial support, recruitment sales, recruiters, IT resources, administrative, support, and payment services, brokers, etc. Ideally, we''re looking for someone to start in Jan 2022, on a 3-month EOR (Employer of Record) basis then work for the UK head office directly on a perm basis. This role is suited to a Sales Manager in Recruitment of Finance/Loans who is ready to take the next step in their career. We are looking for an entrepreneurial people manager to lead the office, manage the cross-brand, cross-functional teams and be the ‘country manager’ for the group. Ideal profile is young, dynamic professional, looking to drive their career forward and be entrepreneurial. Skills required, financial knowledge and experience, possibly some knowledge of recruitment, experience managing a team, delivering reports and sales experience. Probably previously a Sales Manager that wants to move up and run a Finance and Recruitment business themselves. This is a highly target driven role reporting directly to the UK HO. You will need a 3 hr Degree, experience in managing teams in the Finance, Recruitment and Tech space. You will need to drive a sales team, manage a finance team and also the support and Tele-sales team.
