POSITION INFO:
A leading organization is on the lookout for a sharp, structured, and slightly control-obsessed Group Internal Controls Manager to bring clarity, consistency, and calm to their operations.

What You’ll Be Owning:

The design and roll-out control frameworks across the group
Spot gaps, tighten processes, and make risk look easy
Partner with Finance, Ops, and Audit to embed smart controls that actually stick
Drive awareness, accountability, and good governance everywhere

What You Bring:

A strong internal controls, risk or audit background
Experience working across group or multi-entity environments
A sharp eye, structured thinking, and the ability to bring people on the journey
Bonus points for audit, compliance or finance roots
