POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Descriptions
A well-established organisation is seeking a Group Management Accountant to take ownership of management reporting and financial oversight across the group. This role is ideal for an experienced finance professional who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment and is confident operating at both operational and reporting level.

Duties:

Prepare and review monthly management accounts across group entities
Oversee financial reporting accuracy and ensure timely delivery of reports
Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across the group
Maintain and improve financial controls, policies, and reporting frameworks
Supervise and support finance team members and ensure workflow efficiency
Liaise with operational teams to ensure accurate financial data capture
Assist with year-end audit preparation and external audit coordination

Qualifications & Skills:

BCom Accounting (required)
CIMA (studying) or CA(SA) (advantageous)
Minimum 10+ years’ relevant accounting and management reporting experience
Experience within engineering or related industry preferred
Strong leadership ability within a finance team environment
Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency
