SUMMARY:
Boutique Hospitality Group based in Port Elizabeth is looking for an experienced Group Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple properties and departments, focusing on maximizing profitability, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring brand compliance.

Key responsibilities include financial budgeting, staff management, and enhancing guest satisfaction.

POSITION INFO:
Duties: Manage daily operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B) to ensure consistency and efficiency. Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and analyse P&L statements to increase profitability. Maintain brand standards, compliance with health\/safety regulations, and implement best practices across all properties. Mentor, lead, and evaluate performance of General Managers and staff, driving employee engagement. Drive high-quality customer service, monitor feedback, and resolve escalated guest issues. Collaborate with head office to support corporate objectives and drive company growth. Development and maintaining exceptional Food & Beverage standards across all restaurants, bars, lounges, banqueting, and room service operations. Ensure Company Compliance with food safety, health, labour, and liquor licensing regulations as well as other business licensing. Requirements: Grade 12 Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3-7+ years' experience in senior operations or general management within the hospitality industry. Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting) Proficiency in PMS (Property Management Systems), and strong leadership skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. Ability to travel frequently to different locations. Sound knowledge of local labour legislation and health\/safety standards. Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
