POSITION INFO:
Step into a pivotal finance role supporting a high-performing listed business, driving accurate, compliant and timely group reporting across a complex portfolio. Why join this team? Work within a disciplined, performance-driven environment focused on long-term value creation Play a central role in delivering high-quality financial reporting for a listed group Gain exposure to IFRS, regulatory compliance and listed reporting requirements Collaborate with a skilled finance team and senior leadership Contribute to improving reporting processes and financial insights across the business What you will be doing: Prepare and review annual and interim financial statements in line with regulatory requirements Manage reporting cycles to ensure accuracy, completeness and timely delivery Produce integrated and sustainability reports, coordinating inputs across departments Compile monthly consolidated reporting packs and analyse performance vs budgets Perform complex IFRS calculations and assess impact of new accounting standards Act as key liaison with external auditors and support internal audit processes Oversee statutory reporting for subsidiaries and manage AFS preparation Manage tax compliance including returns, VAT, forecasting and regulatory engagement Prepare compliance certificates and support debt and reporting obligations What we are looking for: Qualified CA(SA) or equivalent finance\/accounting qualification 4-5 years post-articles experience Strong tax compliance knowledge and experience Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple reporting requirements Strong analytical, organisational and presentation skills High levels of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail Adaptable, collaborative and solutions-focused mindset Benefits and unique aspects: Core role within a well-established finance function Exposure to listed reporting, IFRS and regulatory environments Professional and performance-oriented culture Market-related remuneration Please note if you haven't heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
