SUMMARY:
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, JSE-listed, multi-entity business in a dynamic, tech-driven environment to appoint a Group Risk & Compliance Manager.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll strengthen and evolve existing frameworks while driving real, practical adoption across the group. You’ll take ownership of key areas including risk registers, compliance monitoring, policy governance, and reporting — working closely with leadership while operating with a high degree of autonomy.

POSITION INFO:
We’re looking for someone who can balance enterprise risk with hands-on compliance, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and is confident running with things independently.

What you’ll bring:

LLB, BCom or similar relevant degree (IRMSA advantageous)
6+ years’ experience in enterprise risk & compliance within a complex, multi-entity environment
Proven experience developing and maintaining risk and compliance frameworks
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills (including executives and regulators)
Solid understanding of King IV and South African regulatory frameworks
A commercially minded, practical approach with the ability to execute
Exposure to tech/ICT environments advantageous
