SUMMARY:
Our client, a leading Group Insurance Provider, is seeking experienced Sales Managers to join their growing team. This role focuses on selling funeral cover and credit life insurance through burial societies, unions, and loan providers across South Africa-fully remote position.

POSITION INFO:

• Worked with funeral and burial societies (community-based or union-linked).
• Experience with credit life insurance through small and large loan providers (e.g., microlenders, retail credit, financial institutions).
• Experience managing group portfolios is essential.
• Drive new business growth in funeral cover and credit life insurance.
• Build relationships with burial societies, unions, and loan providers.
• Ensure compliance with FAIS, FICA, and internal standards.
• Maintain high levels of client retention and service delivery.
• Promote and sell funeral cover and credit life insurance products.
• Submit quality applications and maintain accurate documentation
• A well-established client base and active scheme relationships currently under your management
