POSITION INFO:

Take charge of end-to-end client administration and service delivery as a Client Operations Specialist in the retirement fund group risk sector. You’ll oversee scheme documentation, premium and claims management, credit control, and policy renewals, ensuring everything runs smoothly and meets compliance requirements. Leverage your 5 to 10 years of industry experience, COP qualification, Matric, and sound knowledge of group risk products to provide excellent support and problem-solving for clients.
