SUMMARY:
This SaaS-based eCommerce solutions provider helps businesses in wholesale, distribution, and retail streamline their online operations.

Their platform connects popular ERP and accounting systems (like SAP, Sage, and SYSPRO) with leading eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento, as well as online marketplaces like Amazon and Takealot.

The system is designed to automate inventory updates, order processing, and B2B trade functionality, offering a unified solution for managing multi-channel commerce.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to define and execute the marketing strategy.
• Own the marketing plan, including budget management and performance tracking against KPIs.
• Drive brand positioning and increase organic visibility through both organic and paid strategies.
• Manage the full marketing funnel: content creation, ads, email campaigns, landing pages, and SEO.
• Maintain and optimize the company website; coordinate technical updates with internal teams.
• Manage tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics for performance insights.
• Create marketing collateral, including case studies, sales decks, and ad hoc graphic or video content.
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives with external partners (e.g., webinars, guest posts).
• Stay up to date with industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to inform strategy and improve customer experience.
• Work closely with product teams to share market insights and influence product direction.

• 8–10 years of experience in a similar marketing role, ideally within B2B software or eCommerce.
• Proven success in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Consistent track record of meeting lead generation targets and contributing to revenue growth.
• Experience in both inbound and outbound marketing strategies.
• Solid understanding of SEO and content marketing.
• Proficiency in paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads) and platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Strong communication skills—written, verbal, and in-person.
• Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Strategic thinker with an understanding of the eCommerce and SaaS B2B sales cycle.
• Familiarity with ERP systems or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics.
• Experience working across international markets is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
