SUMMARY:
Our client in the Automotive Engineering sector is seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Engine Assembler to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Role Purpose

Assemble a variety of engines, with a primary focus on heavy-duty diesel engines used in mining and related industries.
Perform assembly work on smaller commercial vehicle engines across different brands.

Minimum Requirements

N2 trade-related subjects, or 5 years as a qualified Artisan
Recognised Trade Test Certificate in Diesel Mechanic, Automotive Machinist, or similar
Proficiency in both Afrikaans and English
Minimum 5 years’ experience in diesel engine assembly
Hands-on experience with the following engines: Deutz, Cummins, John Deere, Perkins, CAT
Must reside in Kimberley or be willing to relocate
Willingness to work overtime when operationally required
