MEIBC – Metal & Engineering Industries Bargaining Council
MIBFA – Metal Industries benefit fund administrators
NBCEI – National Bargaining Council for the Electrical Industries
Bilingual in Afrikaans & English

Duties

Manage end-to end payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance using SAGE Payroll software
Administer employee benefits and compensations programs
Handle recruitment, onboarding and employee relations
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in developing HR strategies and policies
