Are you passionate about turning workforce data into meaningful business insights?
A leading organisation within a specialised engineering and manufacturing environment is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join its HR team. This role will focus on analysing workforce trends, developing reports and dashboards, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

POSITION INFO:
ð Key Responsibilities â Analyse attendance, absenteeism and workforce productivity data. â Develop reports, dashboards and HR metrics for management. â Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis. â Maintain the accuracy and integrity of HR data and databases. â Partner with HR and business leaders to provide actionable workforce insights. ð Requirements â Relevant tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics or Information Technology. â Minimum 3 years' experience in HR data analysis, reporting and data visualisation. â Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills. â Knowledge of labour legislation and compliance reporting. â Advantageous â Experience within a manufacturing, engineering or highly regulated environment. â SQL and\/or Python experience. ð Important Only candidates meeting the minimum requirements will be considered.
