Manage full Operations within a contact centre environment

Must come from Call centre / BPO background

This person will be managing the Senior HR BPs and by default overseeing the various HR BPs. Must have managed people.

Generalist role, someone who understand the HR value chain with emphasis on ops and managing and implementing strategy
