HR Generalist – 5 Month Contract

SUMMARY:
Our client based in Salt River, CT requires an HR Generalist to maintain all HR related administration and facilitate the adherence to all resources activities, policies, processes and procedures. Support HR Manager and employees with all other HR related tasks. Manage day to day HR operations, policies, programs and or policies.

POSITION INFO:

• Key Performance Areas:
• Recruitment and Selection (workday)
• Onboarding (monthly via email to Payroll and new starters)
• Induction (virtual via Google meets once employee has access to Roche Account)
• Ensure all termination documents are received and processed immediately (resignation submitted on Workday and sent to payroll)  
• Trend, Monitor and Audit leave of employees
• Provide the necessary reports to manager
• HR / Compensation and Benefit administration
• Management of Workmans compensation claims
• Management of RAB and Compensation Updates on Workday and Payroll.
• Reports, Policies and Procedures
• Policies and Procedure Support
• Training and Development
• Outreach Committee – manage the outreach committee
• EE committee – Actively participate in providing the necessary support for external submissions.
• HR Integration – Workday
• Other HR Activities

• Qualifications and Experience Requirements:
• Relevant HR Qualification/s
• 5 Years relevant experience as an HR Generalist
• Experience within a Pharmaceutical/Medical and/or Bioscience environment is highly advantageous.
• Must be available to start immediately.
• Knowledge of Workday is essential (Human Capital Management Software)
