JOB DESCRIPTION:

Fulfil the full HR Function at this successful, established engineering and manufacturing firm based in Montague Gardens. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark as you work closely with external consultants to re-model the HR functionality within the business to resonate with their growth and increased market share.
Requirements for your application to be considered are as follows:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
Working knowledge of a manufacturing and engineering environment
Experience in the following HR disciplines
- Union negotiation
- Employment Equity
- B-BBEE
- Skills Development as well as an understanding of discretionary and mandatory grants
- Conflict management
- Holistic understanding of the full spectrum of SA Employment Law
- Excellent administration and communication skills.
