SUMMARY:
HR Manager – Manufacturing Sector
Johannesburg South | Full-Time

A well-established company in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full HR function. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting management with strategic HR initiatives, compliance, and workforce development.

POSITION INFO:
Key Focus Areas:

Driving HR strategy and organisational alignment
Managing recruitment, training, and performance processes
Overseeing payroll, compliance, and employee relations
Ensuring smooth HR operations across the business

Requirements:

Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or Industrial Psychology
Minimum 5 years’ HR management experience (preferably in manufacturing/engineering)
Strong knowledge of South African labour laws and MEIBC standards
Proficiency in HR and payroll systems (SAGE advantageous)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
