JOB SUMMARY:
To manage and lead a professional and effective recruitment centre. To ensure appropriate talent are attracted on time for the organisation and to maintain a positive image of the organisation to external stakeholders.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Computer literacy (MS Office package) is essential
 Job related knowledge and exposure to the following fields are essential:
- Legislation
- Recruitment policies and procedures
- Company policies and procedures
- Organisational structure
- HR Recruitment Systems
- Recruitment Platforms
 Analytical & problem-solving skills
 Strategic recruitment skills
 Communication and Interpersonal skills

 Ability to engage with management
 Negotiation Skills


  • To manage recruitment functions for (C, D & E Levels), Cat 4 – 11, Artisans, PSP’s and contractor recruitment
  • Ensure effective administration of recruitment systems in order to comply with legislative requirements and policies and procedures of the organisation
  • To keep up with recruitment trends and technology/platforms
  • To compile and review SOPs and to ensure effective implementation and compliance to recruitment procedure
  • Compile, update and provide weekly recruitment reports to relevant stakeholders
  • To compile, update and provide monthly contractor reports.
  • Ensure accurate reporting of community recruitment and participate in community forums
  • Ensure effective HR service provision in terms of recruitment, selection and placement to line management
  • To conduct audits in order to continuously improve departmental services to the level of excellence
  • Ensure that recruitment lead time are adhered to
  • Effectively manage area of responsibility and ensure that discipline is maintained
  • Continuously develop subordinates to ensure high level of competence and employee engagement
  • Analyse trends of high critical positions/skills and ensure the availability of candidates
  • Manage the contractor engagement process to ensure an effective on-boarding
