JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Engineering industry is seeking a HR Generalist to join them in Silverton, Pretoria.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Manage the HR activities and administer policies according to executive level direction
Manage developing programs and policies
Control the compensation and benefits function, employee relations, recruitment and staffing, training and development and employee records
Full payroll function for employees
Administration of pension funds and MIBFA
Discipline and grievances
Industrial Relations
Performance Management

Minimum qualifications and experience:

BCom HR or relevant qualifications
5 years experience in HR Management
2 Years experience in Engineering / Manufacturing industry
