SUMMARY:
A well-established and leading automotive refurbishment and sales group is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Generalist with excellent experience within IR and CCMA hearings.

POSITION INFO:

Skills Required

Experience within the Automotive Retail/Panelbeating/Refurbishment sector is a must.
At least 3 years of experience dealing with disputes and other IR issues, including chairing of CCMA cases.
Suitable qualification within HR or equivalent.
This is an Employment Equity role only.

Responsibilities

Evaluation of the success of the implementation of new HR programs.
Development and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace.
Research on labor laws, healthcare regulations, best practices, etc.
Leading negotiations between the organization and employees.
Attend and chair CCMA cases and handle all other HR-related disputes.
Coordinate and assist with recruitment and selection processes.
Assist to develop and implement employee engagement systems and strategies to promote effective communication between management and employees.
Responsible for labor negotiations, HR policies, and procedures, employee retention schemes.
Conduct regular engagement with employees to; explain company policies and procedures, address issues timely, and report to management all unresolved issues.
