HR Manager (EE)

SUMMARY:
A well-established and leading automotive refurbishment and sales group is seeking an experienced HR Manager/Generalist with excellent experience within IR and CCMA hearings.

POSITION INFO:

Skills Required

• Experience within the Automotive Retail/Panelbeating/Refurbishment sector is a must.
• At least 3 years of experience dealing with disputes and other IR issues, including chairing of CCMA cases. 
• Suitable qualification within HR or equivalent. 
• This is an Employment Equity role only.

• Evaluation of the success of the implementation of new HR programs.
• Development and ensuring healthy work relationships and a supportive atmosphere at the workplace.
• Research on labor laws, healthcare regulations, best practices, etc.
• Leading negotiations between the organization and employees.
• Attend and chair CCMA cases and handle all other HR-related disputes.
• Coordinate and assist with recruitment and selection processes.
• Assist to develop and implement employee engagement systems and strategies to promote effective communication between management and employees.
• Responsible for labor negotiations, HR policies, and procedures, employee retention schemes.
• Conduct regular engagement with employees to; explain company policies and procedures, address issues timely, and report to management all unresolved issues.
