JOB SUMMARY:
HR Manager - Johannesburg North R700 -R750 Neg depending on experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Educate, train and monitor staff, strong problem-solving skills and ensure Company policies are adhered to. Someone very familiar with EE, BEE and related TETA reports.

Human Resources Executive Responsibilities and Qualifications

Work with company CEO and/or Finance to plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees
Strong Training Background required
TETA reports for EE
5 reports and 14 driver trainers
Hiring and training procedures for new employees
Continually educate employees on company policies (
Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, etc.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive
Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees
Ensure managers and employees are properly connected
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have
Manage and supervise other HR staff, ensuring they are assigned and carry out proper tasks

Desired Experience & Qualification

Analytical and problem-solving skills
Proven Training Track record
Reports for EE (TETA)
BEE nd EE knowledge
Conflict resolution processes
Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources
3 -5 years of management experience in HR
Computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software
I.R. is outsourced
