Our client based in Midrand is seeking an HR manager.

POSITION INFO:

Areas of focus would be:

Deal with people-related issues such as compensation, employment, performance management, organisational development, benefits, and payroll

HR degree/diploma

No less than 7 years exp in Hr and payroll (Sage VIP)

Putting together job descriptions, facilitate performance management

Management of employment befits, accurate payroll processes, ensuring ESS and Vip are updated on a regular basis

Reconciliation of payroll and benefits, provident, pension, and medical aid

Tax year-end recons / IRP5''s

Doing the following reports EE, WSP, OID
