SUMMARY:
HR Manager (SAP)

POSITION INFO:

Manage SAP ERP and HR Administration systems

Support overall business objectives

Manage & drive recruitment processes

Support functional managers on all HR administration matters

Develop and maintain induction programme

Manage HR administration practices, policies and procedures

Assist IR department

Manage the design, development and evaluation of all posts

Keep abreast of all changes to employment legislation

Oversee the leave management system

Manage the implementation of remuneration and reward system

Provide SAP payroll solutions to problem areas

Establish focus groups and arrange monthly meetings for HR Business processes

Provide technical and functional support to all HR SAP users

Document training material for end users

Ensure all SAP HR projects achieve goals

Define and translate HR Business demands into HR SAP solutions

Drive organizational change initiatives

Oversee management of SAP HR Administrative operations

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors Degree or post graduate qualification in Human Resources

10 years’ experience in HR

Experience SAP HR environment
