Minimum requirements:
Minimum of a Diploma in HR Management
Understanding of Statutory laws, Labour Relations Act and BCEA
Recruitment and staffing process
Employee induction training
Assistance with the performance management process and training
Assistance with policy development and documentation
Workplace Skills plan and ATR submission
Collation and reporting of statistics
Assisting with IR and HR related queries
Compliance to regulatory requirements
