POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a mature, experienced HR Officer for a Renowned Company in the Office Automation, IT & Telecoms industry. This role requires someone who is confident, professional, and capable of handling the full HR function from start to finish.

Requirements:

Relevant HR qualification (Diploma/Degree essential)
Proven experience in handling full HR duties and processes
Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, and procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
Mature, responsible, and well-organised

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
Employee relations and conflict resolution
Payroll preparation and HR administration
Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Performance management and staff development
