POSITION INFO:
HR Officer - Overland Division (Warehouse & Transport, Inland) We're seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide full on‑site Human Resources support to our Overland Division. This role covers the full HR spectrum: administration, recruitment, training, performance management, talent development, and employee relations - including representation at CCMA and NBCRFLI . Requirements: B Degree \/ National Diploma in HR or Industrial Psychology 5-7 years HR generalist experience in a similar environment Strong track record in labour relations and dispute resolution Proficiency in SAGE People , HRIS systems, and MS Office Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict management skills Valid Code B driver's license Key Focus Areas: Recruitment & onboarding Payroll and HR administration Training & development initiatives Industrial relations and CCMA\/NBCRFLI representation Policy review and compliance reporting Join a dynamic team where you'll play a pivotal role in driving HR excellence across our warehouse and transport operations.
