Renowned Company is looking for a motivated, organised and detail-oriented HR Officer to join their team. Requirements: Relevant HR qualification 1–3 years’ experience in an HR Officer or similar HR role Good knowledge of South African labour legislation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and administrative abilities High level of confidentiality and professionalism Proficiency in MS Office Ability to work independently and as part of a team Key Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Manage leave and absenteeism administration Assist with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures Provide support with employee relations and HR queries Assist with general HR administration Ensure HR processes are managed accurately and confidentially Provide administrative support to management and employees where required
