JOB SUMMARY:
Our Client a leader in the Branding and Marketing arena has a position available for a Human Resource Officer based in Durbanville Cape Town.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities Include:
  • Legislative compliance (i.e. BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHSA)
  • Talent acquisition
  • Onboarding
  • Performance management
  • Leave Management
  • Remuneration & benefits
  • Record-keeping & statistics
  • Organisational development
  • Dispute investigation and resolution
  • Monthly payroll
  • COVID Management
The following minimum requirements are needed:
  • Matric/grade 12
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably gained in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • At least 3 -5 years' Sage VIP and payroll processing experience.
  • Degree in human resources management or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of HR practices, BCEA and LRA.
  • Proficient in POPI legislation
