JOB DESCRIPTION:

National Diploma in Industrial Psychology / Human Resource Management
3 - 5 years' experience in coordinating HR Operations including compiling and implementing training, compensation & benefits, drive performance management including processes
Assess skills gaps for training purposes, budget management including cost control
Support to leadership team
MS Office Suite - Advanced
PaySpace - advantageous
