HR Officer - Ashton - Western Cape

SUMMARY:

Our client that is in the Agricultural sector is looking for a HR Officer to join their team in Ashton, Western Cape.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in HR Management or a relevant qualification
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years experience in a similar position
• Experience in – salaries, benefits, recruitment, training and development
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledge of HRMS will be an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, logical and systematics
• Valid driver’s license
