SUMMARY:
Our client based in Midrand is looking a HR OFFICER (GENERALIST) on a fixed term basis. The HR Officer will provide operational HR support and ensure the effective administration of human resource systems, employee records, recruitment processes, and HR compliance requirements.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and audit employee personnel files
Ensure HR documentation compliance and integrity
Manage leave administration and benefits records
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes
Support disciplinary and employee relations processes
Maintain HR reporting data and dashboards
Ensure audit-ready documentation
Supervise HR administrative processes

Minimum Requirements

Relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 5–7 years’ HR generalist experience
Sound understanding of South African labour legislation
Experience in recruitment, HR administration, and employee relations
Strong attention to detail and compliance orientation
Experience within a regulatory environment will be advantageous
