POSITION INFO:

The client is looking for an organised, detail-driven HR Operations Specialist to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a solid understanding of HR processes, and is passionate about creating smooth, people-focused operations. From onboarding to compliance, you’ll play a key role in supporting our people function and helping build a great employee experience from the inside out. The role is 100% remote, and requires someone unafraid to get involved across the board. You must have at least 5 years generalist experience including payroll, recruitment, reporting, training, etc.
