SUMMARY:
Seeking an HR Data Analyst (People Experience) with a PGrad qualification in Data Science & Analytics/ Finance and Economics/ Information systems/ Statistics/ Business Admin or other related field, and at least 5 years experience providing holistic and predictive insight to Senior stakeholders in businesses, for an EE position in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Job Role

  • Provide insightful Reports and Recommendations from various Data sources, and enable the Senior HR stakeholders to make data driven decisions around the people strategy and outputs.
  • Use your experience in formulating predictive hypothesis that will allow for development of pro-active solutions to mitigate any potential people risk.
  • The digitization and interactiveness of reports is critical in line with the business digital transformation and thus keeping abreast of latest digital or technology enable reporting becomes important.

 Responsibilities

  • Proactive, innovative and timeous delivery of data insights and reports in line with the people strategic focus areas.
  • Provision of equitable and appropriate balance of detailed and high-level data insights as required, to enable the right conversations with different stakeholders.
  • Translate data and trends into stories to drive business decisions.
  • Where applicable, building and automation of reporting dashboards, which are simplified and easy to use.
  • Audit data integrity, investigate concerns, and establish processes to streamline and improve data quality.
  • Agility and flexibility in delivering between planned and spontaneous reports.
  • Pro-active analyses of data to identify trends and patterns that impede employee experience.
  • Partner cross functionally to help design and build out HR analytics data warehouse.
  • Understanding of the organization and ability to apply business insights in managing complexities of various data points and reports across the Group.

 Requirements

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate qualification in Data Science and Analytics/ Finance and Economics/ Information systems/ Statistics/ Business Administration or any other related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in which you provided holistic and predictive insight to Senior stakeholders in businesses.
  • Experience in using a broad variety of integration techniques, patterns, tools and methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
