POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Our Client a distributor in the cyber security space is looking for a strong HR Specialist reporting into HR Manager for Africa
• Experience in the cybersecurity /IT space will be an advantage
• Recruitment and HR working experience in Africa would be added bonus
• Must bring advanced talent management skill
• The purpose of this job is to implement human resources strategies by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, Job design, EVP and on-boarding, reporting, compliance, succession planning and labour relations.
• 3-5 years related experience.
• 1-2 Years’ experience as a manager.
• Studies in Human Resources (BTech preferably)
