HR Services Team Lead

SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in HR operations, shared services, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead HR operational service delivery across multiple regions and countries. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and HR administration. Prepare and maintain employment contracts, amendments, and termination documentation while ensuring compliance with legislation and internal policies. Act as a key point of contact for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR Business Partners. Maintain and optimise HR systems, employee records, and reporting processes. Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Drive process improvements, standardisation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Coach and support HR team members while serving as a subject matter expert within the HR function. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7 years' experience within HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or a similar HR administration environment. Strong experience managing onboarding, offboarding, HR administration, and employee lifecycle processes. Experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS platform. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Why Apply?
