Provide support and guidance to managers and staff across the full range of HR work and contribute to the successful delivery of Human Resource function through supporting and reflecting the organizationâ??s core values, aims and objectives.

Skills and Experience:

Essential Qualification:

  • Must have Matric (Grade 12)
  • Human Resources degree/diploma/certificate
  • Basic knowledge of Labour Law
  • Knowledge of BBBEE, EE, HS Skills Acts

Experience required:

  • Proficient in Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Min 3 year HR experience (advantage)
Key Accountabilities:
  • Provide support and guidance to managers and staff across the full range of HR work and contribute to the successful delivery of Human Resource function through supporting and reflecting the organizationâ??s core values, aims and objectives.
  • Provides support for the whole HR function across recruitment, induction, remuneration, performance management, employment relations, HR policy and procedures, learning and development, health and safety and exiting 
  • Administers employee benefits, 
  • Coordinate recruitment campaigns which will include arranging job adverts; participating in selection process as appropriate; processing reference requests; notifying unsuccessful candidates and managing recruitment 
  • Implement effective salary and incentive structure for staff
  • Assist with implementation of the HR strategy 
  • Assist with the implementation 
  • Arrange for internal and external training
  • Assist in building a training and development strategy
  • Keep record of Employee training
  • Assist in health and safety process
  • Assist in Performance Management process
  • Assist with BBBEE and EE requirements
  • Assist with various HR reports and initiatives
  • Implement measures to improve morale of staff
  • Implement communications strategy for staff
  • Implement formal team and staff meetings
  • Perform other duties as reasonably assigned from time to time

Other:

Work Environment:

  • Monday â?? Friday 8am â?? 5pm. Inclusive of breaks. You may required to work after office hours, weekends and on public holidays as may be required by the available workload
