SUMMARY:
Vacancy in the IT Systems Integration space of a corporate healthcare group based in Johannesburg. Sound knowledge of HR practices and HR systems (personnel, payroll and attendance).

POSITION INFO:
Key job respooonsibilities:

  • Management, support and maintenance or necessary development of the Time and Attendance system, Kronos
  • Kronos end-user training and support 
  • Development of reports and distribution of reports according to the business requirements
  • Ensure system integrity and security settings are kept in place
  • Ensure SOP''s are developed and maintained
  • Management of the HR Systems team   
  • Audit time and attendance policies and procedures on an ongoing basis
  • Implement special project plans
  • Ensure full compliance to statutory regulations  
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
Education:
Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or HR systems

Work experience & knowledge:
Minimum of 5 yrs experience on Kronos and 3 years senior level management
Work experience in an IT systems and development environment
Work experience within a hospital environment
Previous experience on Kronos system and SQL essential
Sound knowledge of HR practices and HR systems
Advanced computer literacy essential: MS Office suite
Good working knowledge of Vision and Sigma (helpdesk support application) would be advantage
