MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications ï‚· A Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Management / Skills Development or relevant field ï‚· A doctoral degree in Public Administration, Business Management / Skills Development or relevant field would be an added advantage Minimum Experience ï‚· A minimum of six years’ experience in a senior leadership role in an academic institution or a recognized research organisation ï‚· Evidence of being an outstanding academic with a good research track record ï‚· Proof of technical/professional competence in the planning of staff and skills development projects ï‚· Proof and track record in the execution and management of staff and skills development projects in a multi-dimensional environment ï‚· Experience in monitoring and evaluation of large projects ï‚· Proof of project and financial management skills and knowledge
