JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our valued client who is a well known brand in South Africa is seeking to employ an HR Manager. This role is open to all South African candidates, we are sourcing the best fit in terms of skills. The right candidate must be from the manufacturing sector where they have managed a workforce of up to 200 x staff.

Must Have:

5 to 10 years in Human Resources

HR Degree or BTech Degree in HR or similar

Solid Labour Law background up to the handling of CCMA cases

Min 2 years in dealing with SETA's

Min 2 years on SAGE VIP Payroll and ESS Systems as well as Time and Control Systems

Must be able to do Annual WSP and ATR Compilations and Submissions

Annual EE report compilation and submissions

Handling conflict

High computer literacy and strong admin skills

High report writing skills and system knowledge
