SUMMARY:
Join an FMCG team as a Human Resources Business Partner in the Western Cape!
 
In this role, you will be responsible for HR planning and the annual people calendar, as well as people practices, compliance and risk, advising management and employees, managing industry standards, and enabling a performance culture. Your expertise in people practice, communication and coaching and the agricultural industry will be essential to your position.

POSITION INFO:
To succeed in this role, you should have a tertiary HR qualification, a valid driver’s license and 5 – 8 years’ experience in a similar role within FMCG. Strategic thinking and relationship management skills will also be valuable.
