HVAC Operations Manager

POSITION INFO:

Manage operational systems and processes effectively
Foster and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Effectively coordinate and inspire teams to work toward shared goals and high-performance outcomes.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies to ensure relevance and innovation.
Draft progress reports and proposals
Perform quality control checks

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience within HVAC industry
Commercial and industrial projects essential
Work well independently
Excel under pressure
Fluent in Afrikaans and English

Qualification:
Diploma in Business management/ Project management/ Red seal Refrigeration/ Safe handling practitioner certification
