POSITION INFO:
Detail Design, Project Management and Cost Control of New and Refurb Projects in the Commercial Building Environment:
- Hospitals
- Offices
- Data Centers
- Hotel and Leisure
- Retail
- Education
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE
- Professionally Registered Engineer with ECSA or International Equivalent
- Minimum: B. Eng (Mech), B.Tech (Mech) B.Sc Eng (Mech)
- Advantage: M.Eng (Mech) or MBA
6 Years + experience in the Building Industry
- HVAC Detail Design
- Project Management
- Commissioning of HVAC Systems
- Good understanding and knowledge of JBCC Contract Conditions
