SUMMARY:

We’re recruiting on behalf of a reputable HVAC solutions provider seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager with strong new sales capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to manage endâtoâend HVAC projects while driving new business across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.

POSITION INFO:

As the HVAC Project Management & New Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for both growing new business and managing multiple HVAC installation projects to successful completion. The role requires handsâon site management, strong client engagement, accurate costing and quoting, and full project administration skills. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Education:

Matric
HVAC / Refrigeration Certification
Engineering qualification (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years’ experience within the HVAC industry
Proven track record in HVAC project management
Strong new business sales and tendering experience
Ability to interpret building plans and HVAC design overlays
Experience managing multiple sites, from single-unit to multiâmillionârand installations
Knowledge of OHSACT and SHE requirements. Experience managing site safety files
Strong administrative, organisational, and costâcontrol skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel is mandatory)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a highâpressure environment
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
