Minimum Requirements:

-Young, well presented Afrikaans speaking male or female

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-LLB completed and Admitted as an Attorney

-Minimum 5 years experience as a cost consultant a must

-Experienced in drafting of cost accounts for legal matters at a law firm or cost consultants a must

-Experienced in taxation and opposing of bills of costs

-Fully independently functional

-Computer literate

-Stable employment record

-Contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Drafting of cost accounts for legal matters

-Drafting, presenting and opposing of bills of costs

-Attend to taxation and opposes taxations

-Drafting of party & party, attorney & client and attorney and own client bills of costs

-Preparation and drafting of bill of costs

-Opposing bills of costs and settling bills of costs

-Calculation of legal fees

Salary: R 20 000.00 – R 35 000.00 gross maximum (Depending on experience)
