Hatfield, Pretoria: LEGAL COST CONSULTANT / RECENTLY ADMITTED ATTORNEY

Minimum Requirements:

-Young, well presented Afrikaans speaking male or female

-Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base)

-LLB completed and Admitted as an Attorney a must

-Willing to be trained in drafting of cost accounts for legal matters

-Computer literate

-Stable employment record and contactable references

-To start as soon as possible

Duties:

-Drafting of cost accounts for legal matters (Litigation and Third Party Claims), presenting and opposing of bills of costs, attend to taxation and opposes taxations (training provided)

-Drafting of party & party, attorney & client and attorney and own client bills of costs

-Preparation and drafting of bill of costs

-Opposing bills of costs and settling bills of costs

-Calculation of legal fees

Salary: R 20 000.00 – R 25 000.00 gross maximum
