Head: Channel

SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a Head: Channel to design, implement, and ensure the ongoing performance of the channel elements. Ensure that products and services supported and delivered by all channels (digital and physical) are interchangeable across segments.

POSITION INFO:

NB: Looking for someone that has worked within the bank or Financial institution, with a Post-graduate in Commerce (MCom or BCom Honours).

Key Performance Areas:

1. Channel Design and Development.
2. Channel Deployment.
3. Channel Performance Management.
4. Channel Line Profitability Management.
5. Channel Capacity Management.
6. Channel Risk Management.
7. Management of Staff.
8. Manage and monitor the divisional budget.

Qualifications and experience required (Must): 

• A postgraduate degree in Commerce is essential. 
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Specialist product/channel. 
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Heading up diverse product/channel portfolios.
