Head Channel (Fixed Term Contract for a period of 2 years.)

SUMMARY:
The Head: Channel is accountable for the design, implementation and ongoing performance of the channel elements that are key enablers of the CVP identified through the segment environment across sub segment.

POSITION INFO:

Creates approaches to ensure that products and services supported and delivered by all channels (digital and physical) are interchangeable across segments to create efficiency, economies of scale and maintenance of a consistent customer experience.

Qualifications and experience required (Must):

• A postgraduate degree in Commerce is essential.
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in Specialist product/channel.
• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Heading up diverse product/channel portfolios.
