This unique bush lodge, nestled within hedges and shrubs needs an Executive Chef…Are you the one to fill this opportune position…?

Are you the one to fill this opportune position…? Our Kitchen needs a Chef NOW

Beneficial to the position would be your :

3- 5 yrs exp as Head Chef
exp in running a kitchen & your staff
Banqueting expertise
A tertiary qualification would add to your favor
Matric

Duties:

Design menu‘s
Prepare meals to produced quality culinary dishes
Assign duties to staff, s.a. food preparation tasks, cleaning, stock take, etc
Supervise kitchen staff
Ensure kitchen is adequately staffed & necessary training provided
Strong stock taking exp
Seasonal preparation of dishes
Manage food and beverage supplies & purchases thereof

Must have:

Min 5y yrs exp as Head Chef
Quals to support your expertise
Supervisory exp
Min of 2+ yrs exp within a 4 Star property as a Head Chef

Soft skills required:

Sound interpersonal-relationship skills
Confident of culinary expertise
Take pride in clean and clinical kitchen
