Head Chef / Exec Chef

Duties:

• Design menu‘s
• Prepare meals to produced quality culinary dishes
• Assign duties to staff, s.a. food preparation tasks, cleaning, stock take, etc
• Supervise kitchen staff
• Ensure kitchen is adequately staffed & necessary training provided
• Strong stock taking exp
• Seasonal preparation of dishes
• Manage food and beverage supplies & purchases thereof

Must have:

• Min 5y yrs exp as Head Chef/ Exec Chef
• Quals to support your expertise
• Supervisory exp 
• Min of 2+ yrs exp within a 4 Star property as a Head / Exec Chef

Soft skills required:

• Sound interpersonal-relationship skills
• Confident of culinary expertise
• Take pride in clean and clinical kitchen
