SUMMARY:
Stunning Lodge Collection is looking for a HEAD GUIDE to join their team

POSITION INFO:
This is a senior guiding role suited to a seasoned professional who can combine exceptional field skills with strong leadership and team supervision, ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, memorable and expertly guided safari experience across the reserve. Core Criteria: Minimum of 5 years' guiding experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior guide role at a 5* establishment FGASA Level 2 or 3, and Lead Trails All Guiding documentation (First Aid, FGASA, DEAT, PDP, ARH etc) must be fully up to date and valid Possession of a valid driver's license & PDP is essential Must be computer literate (MS Office and relevant guiding\/logging systems) Excellent proven track record of guest feedback and team supervision Must be mature, confident, stable, and an analytical thinker Fluent in English (other local language an advantage) Must be a natural leader Strong decision-making abilities under pressure Passion for the outdoors and client satisfaction Commitment to safety and environmental sustainability Must be well-presented and well-spoken Must reference incredibly well On Offer: Accommodation, meals, uniform and provident included 3 weeks on, 1 week off
